The Customers The thousands who have been loyal to us year after year. The many that come from far away on a regular basis... only to endure our playful abuse. The out-of-towners and international ones that make a point of dropping by whenever they are in town. Let's face it, without customers we'd be bored.
The Staff An absolutely unique bunch of lovable characters. Most of them have been with us for countless years at slave wages. They stick around because we drug them (but don't tell them). Put them all together in a room and collectively there is nothing about film they don't know. Now if we could only get them to clean.
The Owner There probably isn't a nicer guy in the world. He's educated in the medieval, started his career as a bouncer, moved on to becoming a secretary, and has now been operating a video store for over the last decade. His personal taste in film blows chunks, but that works in our favour because when the screeners arrive, all the good ones are left for us. He keeps out of our hair, buys us coffee and lets us push him around. What more could you want in a boss?!
Myself Can I thank myself? No. Bad idea. Let's move along.
The Suppliers A big thank you to all of our suppliers, many of which believed in us before we had even heard of Citizen Kane. Their ongoing support makes us a large part of who we are today. Y.E.S. - Your Entertainment Source, KRK Media, Unobstructed View, Deals Are Us, MVD Entertainment Group, Showtime Video, Criterion, Isotope Music Inc, and a bunch of others whose names I will recall when the bills come in.
The Media To all the media in the GTA and abroad that have praised us and/or showered us with awards over the years. CBC Radio, Canadian Entertainment Network, Eye Weekly, The Globe and Mail, NOW Magazine, Starweek Magazine, Toronto Life Magazine, The Toronto Star, The Toronto Sun. And I'm informed there was even an article about us in the U.K. - Why? I have no idea!
The Who's Who
To the entertainment industry folks who have popped in at one time or another. And to the many who are regular customers. It makes it fun to come to work because we never know who we'll get to meet...

Joe The Ex-Postie Just because we love being able to address someone using that title.
